95 Grand Cherokee heat/ air blower will not turn off even with engine turned off. I have to pull fuse to shut off fan.

According to the wiring diagrams, the HVAC Control w/ two large connectors or the HVAC Power Module w/ a two-pin and a four-pin connector could be the cause of the problem.
The HVAC control is available used on eBay, like this one.
If mine were problematic, then I would disassembled the module to inspect for possible repair.
