binding when turning

Model: Grand Cherokee (WJ)
Engine: 4.7 v8
binding when turning
Have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, when I make any sharp turns I get this binding noise going on. I have replaced the two front cv axles and a refurbished transfer case. I have also removed the front drive shaft and still have issue,
Any suggestions?
