Default bent pushrod

I did remove my pushrod today, on of them (nr 11) was a litle bent. Should i replace both or is it okey to only replace the one thats bent? Why does that happens and do i need to replace anything else if i dont see any thing bad? I will remove the head to inspect it and clean it. I will take out all the lifters to inspect them to, is it best to use a magnet to remove/take them out?

what engine is in your vehicle? I know one way to bend a push rod is by over running the engine....rpm's too high.........
