balance or not balance??

balance or not balance??
I just bought a set of 15x12 alcoa rims with 31x13.5 super swampers i been hearing that you can run them without balanceing them but not certain myself. should i balance them 1st before i put them on or would it be alright to just put them on unbalanced??

IMHO. a tire that large and heavy has GOT TO BE balanced before installation and spin balanced, not just by bubble.
