I recently bought some alpine 6x9's for the front doors of my 04 grand cherokee (it has the stock audio system), but I don't know how to hook an external amp I have up to them. The wiring confused me at the door joint. Does anyone know how to do this or has a diagram for me to go by in order for me to hook up my amp?

does it have a stock amp or just the radio to power them now. if there is an amp you are going to want to find it and get your wires from there or if you don't want to do that you will want to run new wires from the new amp to the door speakers through the door boot that has the stock wiring in it. if it runs off the head unit get a after market harness from any audio store and that will give you the wires to hook to
