Air Conditioner

My 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee air conditioner is clogged and leaking into the passenger floor . I checked the plug under the floor mat and it dont seem to be clogged up there, could it just be the plug is bad?

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter

I'm not sure when Chrysler changed the location of the drain, but my 95 ZJ drains into the frame, I can't see it from under the hood. Stupid designing on Chrysler's part.
