Default After market wj radiator

Hey does anyone know if there are any all aluminum radiators for a 4.0 wj all I can find is after market ones that still have the plastic tanks?

I've done some research myself and only found ones with plastic tanks. I think it has to do with expansion rates and leak problems because of this. I know Corvettes and Cadillacs had problems with their all-aluminum radiators.

Yeah me too it sucks on my xj the plastic cracked and I got an all aluminum radiator but on my brothers wj the plastic tank actual exploded!

There is only one reason for a rad to explode. Too much pressure, be it rad cap or blown head gasket. If the rad cap holds too much pressure or not enough causing steam to build up, either one is a problem.

A stuck thermostat could cause overpressure also.

Replaced the t stat and rad cap and water pump and re sealed them all right before the radiator exploded. And it doesn't eat any water at all. But got a new radiator and it don't over heat anymore so I guess problem solved lol
