OK my wipers were just working. I turned them off to scrape some more ice and when I turned them back on they wouldn't turn on. The rear wiper wont turn on either. The washer pump still works but neither the front or rear wipers work. I tried swapping the horn relay with the wiper relay but still no wipers.

 

What kind of jeep do you have?

Well i wont be much help being that i have a 94. On the older jeeps like mine there is a little black box that controls your wipers. right beside your left foot when you are sitting in the drivers seat. But being that your jeep is newer i really dont know. Did you make sure all fuses were good? You can always unhook the power from the wiper motor and see if in fact you are getting power.
