I have a 2020 jeep grand cherokee altitude and just hit 12000 miles and I changed the cab air filter because it wasn't blowing air as well as it did when I bought it and from past experiences this helped. Well I changed it and now I cant get barely and air to blowout. Fan is working and air blows out of the filter port hard. The filter is in right. Can anyone help me out. Can hear the doors that switch from defrost to fan try to switch

 

I'm going to go check to see if it's my capacitor and hopefully save some money. It is much appreciated that you took the time to record this for us out here to be a little more aware.

It's still under warranty isn't it ? Take it to the dealer and let them fix it.
