ABS light on
Hey guys i have a '96 grand cherokee and the ABS light is always on. I read somewhere online that this is a common problem with the brake sensors they are placed bad? Or something like that. Is my sollution to simply take the tires off and clean them? Or is it more complicated than that?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Old fart with a wrench
You can look for a bent or broken sensor mounting bracket. Very often they are disturbed when doing a brake job. My 97 ZJ had one ground away by rubbing on the sensor ring.
