Anyone have any suggestions as to what lengths to adjust my control arms to?
I have a 4.5 skyjacker lift with spacers in the front to even out the weight of the bumper, and 33"x10.5" they're pretty stuffed in there, is there a typical set of lengths I should follow or is it mostly just a preference?

This was written for XJ's, but they basically use the same front suspension as the ZJ.
Here is a chart to help you figure what length your arms need to be at certain heights. Control arm lengths are important for castor and location of axle in the wheel wells. At 3", you will be okay with stock arms, just expect the axle to move back toward the cab a little and some minor bumpsteer.
