98 GC wont idle

Model: Grand Cherokee (ZJ)
Engine: 318 (5.2)
98 GC wont idle
I just drove to the local grocery and shut the key off. All of a sudden, there were no electrics except the buzzing and flashing of the light under the glove box. After a few minutes, I got it all back and it runs fine but wont idle at all with the engine dying.
Does anybody have any idea what is going on ?
