I have a 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 160,000+ miles, which I love! It runs great! At least it did yesterday...
Now when I start it it starts right up but I have to keep my foot on the gas and leave it there. If I let off the gas the RPM's just drop on down to zero and the truck dies.
No odd noises, no smoke, no leaks. The battery shows charged on the charger. In reading the forums, it sounds...maybe..like it could be the cam sensor. The problem, however, just happened and continues. No warning or anything.
Any ideas would be appreciated. Any other info you might need, just ask. Just keep in mind my favorite tool is a hammer.
THANKS GUYS!
