The jeep in your pic is definitely 100% a ZJ

 

If you're talking about the zebra striped one, it's a '00 WJ 4.0 and don't give me any of your ****!! If you think it's a ZJ, you better go back to school and check. The last ZJ was built in 1998.

The first pic of this thread is a ZJ . Sorry didn't realize the zebra striped WJ was in question. I know what a WJ looks like I've owned mine since the showroom floor in 2002 so I think I'm pretty well versed in the WJ . I was just trying to help out SORRY!!!

 

No worries, just a misunderstanding. Yes, the OP's pic is a ZJ Limited. I did not mean to come off the rails, I just know my WJ intimately. Someone tells me it's a ZJ and I went incandescent! Sorry.

The ZJ (93-98 Grand Cherokee) and XJ (84-01 Cherokee) definitely don't share the same body. To the original poster; if your jeep says Grand anywhere on it, it's not an XJ. It's a ZJ... unless it was built after 98 and shaped like a jelly bean.

Wranglers go YJ, TJ/LJ, and the new JK there are older models like the CJ models and ****** but they are less common now days, theres way to many wranglers to picture them all, im sure theres some similar info on a wrangler forum though
