99 Grnd Limited Help Please
My Jeep constantly ringing like I left the door open or key is in ignition when the truck is not started or key is even in ignition and eventually drains battery. Also when running the windows roll down and up when they feel like it and the heat/ac **** does turn off and constantly blows even when the **** is off. PLEASE HELP HAS ANYONE EVER HEARD OF THIS

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter
Check all of the ground locations. When you have a bunch of crazy stuff going on at once you can bet there is a grounding issue.
