Ok I've seen quite a few of these on here, but never saw one that fit my issue. I will start it up and voltage will be fine at first, about a block down the road my battery warning comes on. I'll pull over, turn the key to acc and will have a little over 12v. I start it and it's back at 9v again. Start it up and rev a bit and let it sit then it kicks back to shy of 14. When it dropped completely I drove home from dropping the gf off and it's about 30 miles, parked at home turned it off and turned key to acc and it was around 12v. Any idea? All my windows worked, no other lights on, had radio and fan still on.

checked
They were corroded, pulled alternator out, steel brushed all the cables and bolts for the alternator and I got the power side of the battery cables cleaned, I'll pull the ground off the body and clean that next. As is it's still iffy, not dropping all the way but it's only really done it on the first start and after that I don't get it for a while if at all. Now the top four bolt piece (2 6mm, 2 10mm bolts) on the alt is the regulator?

The voltage regulator is built into the PCM. I think your alternator is on its way out.
