Default '96 ZJ tow hitch nut/bolt sizes

Anyone able to help me out with the nut and bolt sizes for the tow hitch? The ones on mine seem to be sized wrong or cross threaded... one of the old owners screwed something up.

Nevermind haha, these things are going to have to get ground off anyway.
New question - any ideas for how to secure the tow hitch now, since either the bolt or nut heads will be inaccessible?
I also need to do something about the metal piece that holds the bumper on. More rust than metal.

*edit* Ok, found the brackets. The parts catalog had 5503 2082-3 for 13SEP1993 and earlier, 5523 5152-3 for later. The left and right side are different, so I'm not sure why there's only one number for each.

Either way, I think those are wrong. It seems OEM #55255338, Partslink #CH1167108 and OEM #55255339, Partslink #CH1166108 are the correct numbers for the left and right bumper mounting brackets for the '96 ZJ. RockAuto had them for $55 total.

Still need to figure out a way to mount the nuts inside the frame there. I suppose a couple could be welded on to those brackets, but that still leaves front one on either side.

New parts came with the nuts welded on already!

I'll probably fasten with these.

Cleaned up and cut one of the old bolts to act as a thread chaser. Put a little antiseize on to lubricate it. A couple dozen times in and out with an impact driver and now the nuts behind these brackets are almost good as new.
