Default 95 zj weird electrical problem

Hey guys how's it going. I'm new here and this is my first post. I have a 95 zj 4.0 and my turn signals windows heater and Cruz stopped working. My hazards work and I've checked all fuzes and unhooked neg terminal. But its still the same but as I was driving today my seatbelt light came on and it all worked then the seatbelt light came on again and it stopped. So I'm kind of at a loss. I did a search and found a lot on turn signals but nothing like my situation any help is appritiated thanks

Welcome to the Tech Forum Zj-

Sorry to hear about your WJ electrical issues. We've all had our share of electrical non sense... I'm subscribing to your thread for the education.

I'm sure the Tech guys will chime in and help you with some suggestions.

Peter, he's got a ZJ, not a WJ. Either way, someone will be able to help. I'm more of a mechanical guru, not an electrical genius. When it comes to the weird stuff, I bow to the masters.

Peter, in case you are not aware of this, the last ZJ was built in 98. In 99 it became the WJ, and in 2005 it became the WK.

How old is the battery? Check the battery and charging system first. Low voltage can cause all kinds of weird things to happen.

Also check your grounds. My wife's Dodge Caravan had a junction behind the dash where 11 circuits were grounded to the firewall. Engineering chaos.

Mess with 'em anyhow!

Seems like most weird electrical problems are caused by bad grounds.

My Jeep stalled out after picking her back up from having an oil change. Wouldn't start. I thought it was a fuel issue since it would crank but just wouldn't catch.

Turned out to be a ground.

Regarding anything else, and this is a random thought--could it be any of the wires between the body and door? I'd try to jiggle everything but of course I don't know what might cause something like this to short or where else to look besides grounds.
