Ok, my front windows work but only from the drivers side switches and the back ones dont work period. I have checked fuse and it looked good. Any thoughts?

 

My 94 ZJ had a similar problem that I just repaired. In my case all four windows worked fine from the driver's door, but not from any other door. The failure on my vehicle was the Yellow / Gray wire feeding power from the Master Window Disable Switch to the other three doors was severed in the driver's door jamb trunk bundle.

The ZJ wiring diagram shows there are probably multiple wiring failures required for your symptoms.

It might also be the driver's door switch. Mine was in poor shape prior to disassembly / cleaning / lubrication. It is easy to test w/ a multimeter prior to installation.
