94 ZJ prob at highway speeds
This might be a newb question I searched the thread and can't really find the same issue. 94 ZJ 5.2
Once I've been driving on the highway about 30 mins, the jeep will sputter ever so slightly. But it only does it for a split second. Almost like it just misses or skips once. There's no sound or anything, just a loss of power for a split second. Happens about once ever 30-40 seconds once I've been on the highway. Sometimes it won't do it at all. I don't loose RPMs, speed doesn't drop, no gauges change. Just when I'm driving a slight miss/skip/something for a split second. Other than that it idles fine, starts right up, has great power. Just don't know where I could start. Thanks for any input.

Oddly enough, mine does the EXACT same thing. No ac on, 5.2 liter. Literelly a split second, like someone turns the key on and off and on again super fast. I am thinking it might be the tps. Only does it on the highway, and only does it between 58-62 mph or so, at very light cruising throttle. I have kind of learned to live with it.
New parts (not to fix this particular problem) 02 sensor (helped milaged by 2mpg, also helped shifting, power, idle) Crank sensor (cured hot start up issue when sensor would get heat soaked) plugs and wires done 10k ago.
