Jeep wont start. Started up a couple times sputtering and died after a few seconds. Ran fine this morning. Had the fuel pump out last weekend to replace the seal. It ran fine before and after that till now.

I always suspect the last changes first. Check the fuel pressure at the rail, and inspect any wiring you touched when you did the pump seal.

10-4 i just bought this a week ago so i was thinking maybe the float got bent a bit changing how the fuel gage read. I put fuel in it and it started. Bit just today it sputtered and died again. Better check pressure and such.

Ok it wont start again so I checked the fuel pressure and I got nothing.
Fuel pump wont kick on anymore.
I tested the continuity in the five wires leading to the fuel pump and three of the 5 showed the signal.
I checked the fuel pump relay and it is also fine.
Is there anything else that can be the culprit before I go tracing the wires in the harness?
I am trying to avoid this. Please someone give me some info!
Thanks

I have spark when it cranks just no fuel in the rail. May try banging on the pump to see if there is a dead spot. Probaly check the cps too.
