93 ZJ Wagoneer Speedometer problems

speedometer is all the way on the other side of the stop pin, like passed all the numbers, when accelerating it goes all over the place. when i use brakes it suddenly flies all over the place lol. any ideas or anyone with similar problems? its favorite place is to stick at 80mph no matter what speed.

Check the grounds at the kick panel area.

If not there, could also be a Vehicle Speed Sensor or Cluster Panel Connector is corroded/wobbly/etc.

While you're looking at the grounds area, debride it to bear metal or otherwise clean up the ground.
