I've got an aftermarket HU that came with the jeep and the door speakers sometimes work.. Sometimes don't .. I've inspected all the wiring and I've come to the conclusion that it's the amp causing issues. How do I bypass it? I've seen tons of threads but nothing specific enough to actually get the job done?! HELP!

Basically to be more clear I have : aftermarket HU already installed when I bought the jeep, factory infinity amp and not sure if speakers are factory or not.

You'll probably have to run new speaker wire directly from the HU to the speakers, then disconnect the amp and disconnect the amp turn-on wire in the aftermarket HU's wiring harness and tape it off with electrical tape. I don't know what color that wire is, as my old '94 ZJ had the standard, non-amped system from the factory.
