Default 93 Grand Cherokee owners manual

Howdy all. I'm looking to see if any one here has an owners manual or can send me a pic of a certain page of it. I'm an estimator at a shop and one of my vehicles has a damaged tire. The insurance company will only pay for one tire unless the I have info from the manufacturer stating that you need to change all 4 or keep it with in a certain spec. The tires are pretty worn out and the kid is broke and cant afford to buy a new set. Also I know the system will be severely damaged if I replace only one.

Any help would be great.

Thank you!

From what I can tell you is all 4 have to be the same DIAMETER, that's all. That's to keep wheel speeds the same so the driveshafts turn at the same rpm. Even wear can change the wheel speeds, but the only time it matters is when it's in 4wd or has the np249 constant 4wd system. I believe that's Quadratrac. Shift pattern; 4hi, n, 4lo.

That's what I was coming across also. A real emphasis if its the quad system. I do know that there will be a huge difference between the new tire I will put on and the old ones on the vehicle.

This is the only insurance company that actually allows to change all 4 tires if necessary, I just need written word from a repair manual or owners manual.

I just checked my 2000 Owner's manual, the Haynes repair manual, and the FSM manual for my 2000 jeep, and the only thing I found is a sort of ambiguous statement about not using different size tires on different AXLES, and making sure to rotate them for even wear. I can print out that page from the FSM if you want.
