Hey my buddy has jus bought a 4.0 grand after wrecking his old 5.2. He had a rough country 3 1/2" lift on the old 5.2. If we swapped the lift to the 4.0 would it be more than 3 1/2 due to the the 4.0 being a lighter motor???

 

It might site about 1/2" higher in the front..

What lift brand does he have?

RE uses a front spacer to level out a 5.2L vs. a 4.0L

So if that's the case I just wouldn't use that spacer..

 

its a Rc lift so its just 3 1/2 in coils but he might need spacers to even out the back than

 

I have that lift on my 4.0 ZJ,it came with a 3/4 inch spacer for the front. I used it.

 

there wasnt a spacer included with it tho, because it was ordered for the 5.2
