Default 4Hi or 4Lo???

I'm not a car wiz or anything like so I was wondering if I should be driving my 93 jeep gc in 4Hi, N, or 4Lo??? I only drive my jeep from my house to work, once in a while on dirt roads

J/K with ya man. 4H for regular driving. If you'r in an off road situation where need more torque or control, 4L.

I'll give you a clue. Try 4lo and see what your tach says at 35 mph.

Is your work place on top of a mountain without a road to it? If yes

think of it like a bicycle.
4lo is like granny gear on your bike. use it in slow speed, off road situations.

use 4hi at road speeds only when the surface is slippery, don't use it on dry pavement.
