4 way lights flashing.

4 way lights flashing.

My 4 way lights started flashing any time the battery is connected. I'm sure this is a warning code, but am unable to find anything in my manual. 1993 Grand Cherokee Laredo. HELP!!

its the security system. you need to unlock the drivers door with the key. if that doesnt work, try the passenger door, if that doesnt work, try the trunk.

Tried the doors, NO Luck

Tried unlocking all doors in sequence with the key, still blinking.

when the lights are flashing, will the engine start and run, or does it start for a second then turn off?

the vehicle will run just fine. just have these lights constantly flashing.

On my 2000, the 4-way flasher switch locks down when it's off. the button is up went they're on. Is it possible the catch isn't holding it down so it stays on?
