Tire question
My 97 GC currently has stock stock rims with 235/75R15 tires.
I have an opportunity to buy a set of wheels and tires from a 2011 Jeep, the wheels according to the seller are 16" 5 lug 4.5" bolt pattern with 235/70R16 tires.
As best as I can research the lug pattern is the same and my thought is the taller rim with shorter tire seems like it should fit in theory but I'm not 100% positive.
Can anyone confirm if this will work on my 97 GC?
Thanks.

I believe they came off a Patriot.
You are correct about the 2011 Grand Cherokee and Wrangler.
I've since found out the 2011 Compass, Liberty, and Patriot have a 5 on 4.5" pattern which is the same as my GC however they have a High Positive Offset and my 97 GC has a medium offset.
Is this offset difference an idea killer?
