4.7 to 4.7 HO

I just found out my 04 Grand Cherokee will need a new engine. It has a 4.7 in it and I am planing on going with a manufactured 4.7ho engine. Is there any thing I need to do to make this work?

I was thinking that the only major difference between the two engines is the number of teeth on the fly wheel

The HO also runs on premium fuel and gets worse gas mileage but at the same time has about 30 more horsepower but Idk I wouldn't really know

Engine: 4.0L

You'd probably need a new PCM for it and maybe some other electronics, idk. Doing swaps to other engines can create nightmares unless you know what you're doing.
