the diffrence between the two motors is the h.o has a better flowing head,7120 casting,the cam was changed this allowed chrysler to get rid of the egr valve and knock sensor,the throttle body is also bigger,not sure the exact size but it is a little bigger,and injectors are slightly bigger.
those are the major changes.
All 4.0s starting in 91 are high output.

It is a 60mm throttle body.
