Default A 3.5" Lift question

I'm looking at this lift. http://www.jeep4x4center.com/jeep-li...n-lift-kit.htm

It says that it doesn't fit the models with cv style shaft on front diff and I have no idea if mine has that. The details are in my sig, and it says I could run 31s on it. I get my tax refund soon, and I plan on spending the majority of it on the lift/tires and speakers and a radio! let me know if this lift seems good (id have to get new springs for the front to go to the rear) or of any suggestions you have. thanks!

Rough country has a never version of this kit on their site. Call Jeephut and tell them you heard about them here and get a quote. Newer kit and a lean price tag.

I've installed two of those kits and they work fine for a cheaper/budget kit. Get the spacer even if you don't have a V8. The ones I've done when you swap the front springs to the rear still give you closer to 4". Both I did had 4Ls so I'd guess the V8 gives a little more. As for the CV or u-joint yoke, you'll just have to get under it and look since they used both throughout the years. Just look on the front axle where the drive shaft attaches, if it has a u-joint like the rear has you're good. If not you'll need a u-joint yoke and matching drive shaft. The CVs don't like angles and tend to go bang with lifts over 2".
