My 2014 grand cherokee passenger head restraint deployed last week, although there was no collision. I tried unsuccesfully to reset it. Dealer had no luck either.
I want to purchase an OEM replcement from an online site as dealer says some plastic parts have failed.
I cannot figure out how to remove deployed head rest/restraint, and I cannot locate a video to help either.
Does anyone know how to remove it? After removal, is it a simple unplug old, plug in knew and slide assy back in place?
I searched forums for 2014 head restraint with no luck.
