I have a 2005 Grand Cherokee 4.7l and there was a rapid clicking noise every time I unlocked the car that would last about 10 seconds. Today while sitting in a drive through, the air stopped, no hot or cold air. It seems like there is no power to the climate control panel because even the rear defroster does not turn on. It also popped on the air bag light in the dash. Any suggestions on how to fix?

IMHO, it sounds like you have issues with your grounds, I would be checking there first along with any relevant fuses.
