2005 Cherokee, 3.7 Stutter

Good morning, I have a 2005 Cherokee, 3.7L I'm having issues with. Just recently replaced the TCM and ESM yet am still experiencing an issue.

At around 30-40mph (Cruising), the trans shift up into 4th or 5th gear. The issue I'm having is when I'm cruising at these speeds and apply just a little throttle, the vehicle stutters, almost like a mis? there are no check engine lights on.

anyone else ever experience this?

yes it is. (Lerado)

Note: did some cruising yesterday and it doesnt matter what gear its in when the "stutter" accurse. I also just replace both O2 sensors down stream from the cats.
