2004 idle surge

2004 idle surge
anyone had any problems with there 4.7 HO having idle surge. We start this thing up and it revs up and down a lot. probably 500rpm. I was sitting at a light with the brake on and it even tried to jump the light. Actually I would rather hear from you who found the cure. Seems like it might be the throttle position sensor or something like that. it has about 80,000km
