Default 2004 grand cherokee vibration

I bought this jeep and the shop I got it from said they replaced the front rotors and pads because of some grooves in the rotors. I drove it home and during breaking there is a distinct vibration. It feels like I have aggressive mud tires on. I figured the rear rotors must be warped. I changed them out today and although it seems better it still has a mad vibration in the seat and a little in the steering wheel. Could I have another issue? Could I have a bad rotor even though they are new? Thanks for any help in advance.
This jeep has the 4 liter I6 motor and it has the quadratrac system or basically AWD.

It could possibly happened that the wheel hub was not cleaned properly when the rotor had been changed, and some rust or dirt is under it, so it's not completly paralel.

I checked all the rotors and made sure they were seated properly and there was no rust build up or dirt under them. Still have a mad vibration in the seat and a little in the steering wheel. I saw an article that said the fix for this was to replace the front calipers with updated silver calipers. Has anyone ever heard of this?

In my experience (if I'm wrong somebody will correct me surely) the caliper has nothing to do with the vibration during braking. Most likely although your front rotors are new, they are bad. You can verify it with a measuring clock, if you have access to one. Just adjust the measuring pin to touch the surface of the rotor, zero it, and spin it, you'll see the result. Mine had the same problem, a rotor and brake pad change solved it perfectly.

Are you using a torque wrench on your lug nuts?

100-115 pounds feet of torque dry.
