2002 Grand rear window issues

2002 Grand rear window issues
Both rear windows on our 02 Grand wont stay up while I'm driving. Its like they both went off track at the same time. Any Ideas?

The window regulators are a cable wrapped on a drum and geared to the motors. Everything is plastic and I'm assuming the gears on the drums are stripped. That's what happened to one of mine.

I bought one of those regulators from rockauto and it went in perfectly. It's been working fine for about 3 years now.
