It's a 6cyl. Automatic.
When I pull out in drive, it has now power. Feels like I'm pulling out in second gear. If I manually shift it into first, it pulls out like it should but shifts kinda hard into 2nd.
Jeep only has 63000 miles on it. Could it be the selonid has gone bad. Fluids look fine and no warning lights on the dash.

 

there is a video on youtube in how to adjust kuckdown cable. Ive tried it on my 2002 wj and it did make a difference.

 

Will it shift itself into 3rd gear? If not it's in limp mode. When something goes wrong in the transmission, the computer limits it to 2nd gear so you can drive it home. It's usually a solenoid, but that should show up as a trouble code.
