Default 2001 jeep grand cherokee with single zone.

I am trying to help my daughter fix her a/c. I suspect the blend doors...could be acutator or blend doors..she says sometimes when she has a/c on the air will come out the defrost ducts and sometimes it will stop blowing and then when she slows down it will blow again but it is never cold..she also said clerk at Advance said their are 3 blend door actuators....I only know of the one behind the glove box......are there any more?......if so where are they?

To the best of my knowledge there are 3 actuators in the heater/AC unit. These are the Mode door which controls where the air goes (windshield, dash, floor, and combinations), the Blend door which controls temperature, and the Recirc door. It sounds to me more like a control module problem, as in the control unit on the dash. You may have some loose connections or a bad blower switch.
