Default 2000 Grand Cherokee 4.0 idle concern

I have a 2000 Grand Cherokee 4.0. Engine has 700 miles on it. Fresh with new internals. Engine ran great and started having a stall concern. Finally set a P0320(crank sensor). Replaced the sensor and jeep ran great. Now it has developed a very concerning idle. Itll run at 650rpm but will act like it cuts out. sometimes the tack will jump to 800 rpm as it cuts out. sometimes as i take off in the morning it will cut out momentarily. I have used my Snap On solus and set the crank to cam sync. I also replaced the Cam sensor. Cleaned the throttle body during the engine rebuild and installed new idle air valve and throttle pos sensor. Im trying to figure out what is possibly causing the idle concern and also the transmission tv cable at the throttle body is broke where is clips to the throttle body(i have it zip tied for now). is there any way to repair it without replacing the whole cable. Side note...I do have a current P0138(bank 1 sensor 2 short to voltage). It had this dtc prior to the concern and am going to diag and repair once i make sure its running smoother. Thanks in advance for the assistance.

Welcome to CF!

Because you have already replaced the obvious, try checking/replacing the MAP sensor. JMHO.

With the throttle cable, I assume you're talking about the plastic clip on the end? Without replacing the cable, you can unsolder the end and install another clip from the junkyard. Where there's a will, there's a way. I even saw a fishing snap swivel used once on a Chevy truck! (It didn't last long!)
