2 way radio install 2011

2 way radio install 2011
Would like to install 2 way radio in the 2011 Grand Cherokee
preferably wired directly to the battery since these are the instructions in the 2 way radio instruction manual. Cannot find an opening in the fire wall that isn't sealed really tight. Early models had less material over the fire wall with much poorer seals. Can anyone help?
