1998 Jeep Cherokee Sport Radiator Question
Hi all, this is my first post but have used tons of advise from this forum, you guys are great. I have a leak right where my upper radiator hose connects to the front of the radiator. I am absolutely certain the leak is not in the hose, but in the housing that it connects to. I can't tell if this is a single part, or part of the entire radiator. Any advice on whether this can be a simple fix, or if I have to replace the entire radiator?

you could pull it out and send your radiator to a radiator shop and have it rodded out, cleaned and resealed but at that price and headache you could probably just go buy a new one.

Just replace the radiator, the days of rodding out a radiator are almost over because of plastic side tanks. A new radiator will be about 150 bucks. Do all of the hoses while you're at it along with a new thermostat and radiator cap.
