When I start the jeep the rpms shoot up and down. It stops doing it when I stomp on the gas. Check engine light is on and I took it to autozone and changed everything on it that came up and it still is doing it. Anyone have any clue what it could be or has anyone had this prblem before

Is the CEL still on?

 

Yes it still is on should I go get another test done and are those hard to change
