Project "HandMeDown" Update
Work Completed:
New rear axles and bearings
New (L) Front Axle
Trans Pan Gasket and Cooler Lines
New E-Brake pads
New Battery
Fixed or Replaced:
1. Replaced Front Wiper Relay/Module Replaced
2. Fixed driver's door panel.
3. Fixed Center Console
4. Rear Wiper Motor
Taking to shop on Monday for the following:
Steering wheel play/Binding on sharp turns
Reverse binding
Compression Check
Ok, I replaced the rear wiper motor, but its movement is very, very slow. I mean so slow that I could take a nap before it actually completes a full swing. The motor I put in was supposedly "refurbished", it was clean like it had been, but it seems like it needs more power(?). I assume if it were the switch, it would not work, or would only work in certain positions. Intermittent and "On" both work, but intermittent is 10x slower.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and of course, much needed!!!
Thanks!
