1997 grand and 1996 engine... won't start

1997 grand and 1996 engine... won't start
Hi, I just changed blown engine in my grand and i figured out the crank sensor is probably the problem.... for 1993-1996 we got 3 types of sensors but for 1997-1999 we only got one sensor
since I got 1997 Computer and Transmission and Flywheel I should buy 1997 sensor right?
(I have flywheel from automatic, the car is automatic and the computer is for automatic)
