Does this only happen when the engine is at operating temperature? How long before you can restart it? The parts you replaced were new or used?

and when driving and warmed up
she will restat right away but cuts right off
sometimes I can go out and start her after she sits and she'll run
but then sometimes not
there has been times she runs for two or three days
then she acts up again
when she dies she just cuts off
she has only sputtered one time and that was becuse I threw her in nutral and tried to restart going down the road
all the parts are New
I have tested the fuel pressure with key on
when running
well she dies
and after she dies
all are between 36 and 41

I had this same exact problem with my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee AND again in my 2003 Grand Cherokee. I took it into a Jeep dealer and they raked me over coals and eventually I had paid a couple thousand bucks for them to replace things that weren't the problem. My Jeep kept dying. Eventually, last, they replaced the ECU. It is basically the computer of the Jeep. It is about the size of a large piece of bread and it's silver metal. My Jeep no longer dies, problem solved. The CPU I purchased was a used one off another Jeep from a scrap yard and it's still going strong 6 years later. So if I was you, and I was having this exact problem, I would START with replacing the ECU computer FIRST. Good luck.

Old fart with a wrench
Try loosening the PCM cover screws. Many guys have found they are too long and short out the board.
