I have a 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0 2x4, from a cold start I can put my jeep in any gear and it will go no where, after about thirty seconds It will run perfect. I did see a bent transmission line could that be it.

No, the seals in the transmission are hard and don't seal until they warm up a little. It's called morning sickness.

sounds like the torque converter is draining back when it sits.

After starting, shift to neutral and let it warm up a bit. This should cure your no drive problem, but not the hard seal problem. The tranny is trying to tell you it's tired. Also, make sure you check your fluid level in NEUTRAL, not Park.
