anyone know of an after market exhaust/muffler that would give my 2007 grand cherokee laredo an abundance of mpg? i need as much mpg as i can get out of this thing, i have already installed a KNN cold air intake, throttle body spacer, and new plugs. just want an exhaust that not only gets extreme mpg, but can growl soo loud, it'll make little kids at a lemonade stand **** themselves! any suggestions?

 

I don't know how much of an improvement an exhaust system is going to improve the MPGs on a 3.7 equipped Grand Cherokee. I think you would be extremely lucky to see a 20% increase with a complete system upgrade to improve scavenging. That's starting with the headers and going back.

 

What kind of gas mileage are you getting now? I dont think a loud muffler would sound right, JMO

 

eI put a thrush "Glass Pack" on ours, LoVE the sound, but I am not sure if it improved the gas mileage though...

I also JUST added a cold air intake (home made of course for 26$) too...

I was wondering if I should install an adapter under throttle bottle next week...
Anyone know if this helps?
