04 Laredo idle air control over 3 times replaced HELP!!
My Jeep Laredo 2004 is needing the idle air control replaced again. This will be the 4 th time in 3 years. What could be the problem of this recurring??? Also is their a difference between a Jeep idle air control part and the other on the market. I need all the help!! I jest had the Electric Fan Motor replaced new but under "Labor" it says Cooling fan Motor - remove&replace w/o Radiator Removal?? Confused and need an explanation I'm learning about Jeeps.. Tired of getting ripped off!! THANKS THANKS

Yes, it's true that many times original Mopar parts are made with more exacting standards than aftermarket parts, especially sensors. Case in point; I bought a NAPA Premium oil pressure sensor ($45, made in Mexico) and all it EVER read was 30 psi regardless of temperature or engine speed. I replaced that with a Mopar sensor ($70, made in USA) and it reads what it's supposed to.
On your engine, the cooling fan can be removed without removing the radiator.
