02 WJ won't go into gear in Drive, but will in any other position...
I have searched here and elsewhere for hours with no luck.
My 2002 Grand 4.0L AWD won't go into gear when I put it into drive, however when I put it into 1rst or even 2nd gear on the selector it will go into gear, and then I can move it back into drive, and it works just fine. No other issues once I move it into drive.
Is there a sensor that works the gear selector?
Any help will be appreciated!
